Over the past several years, I have accumulated a number of
fish-themed Hawaiian shirts. Although the patterns and color schemes have drawn the
criticisms of many, I thought I would share them through the miracle of the World Wide
Web.
The Early Years - Before
I began questing for fish shirts, a few Hawaiian shirts had already found their way into
my wardrobe. Due to wear and tear and changes in my girth, these shirts have been
officially retired.
The Main Collection - Most
of my fish shirts were acquired in California thrift stores and the annual Patagonia
outlet sale, although I have found a few here in Kansas..
Ebay Purchases - I
made the mistake of typing in the phrase 'fish shirt' into Ebay earlier this year. I
hit the motherlode. Before I knew it, I had purchased a whole new set of shirts.
High and Dry - Some
of my more obnoxious shirts do not have a piscine theme. Yet, they are still some of
my favorites.
